Companies raise bills and orders, fleets drive their trips, and facilities send sensor readings, so dashboards, reports and connected apps fill up the way they would on a busy day. What it does

Real activity on real tenants

Sign in once and the tenants of your licence appear as cards on three tabs. Start one, start a tab, or start them all.

Company

Writes sales, purchases, receipts, payments and returns into the books, the same way the desktop connectors of TallyPlug, Billy and Fusion do. Pick a scenario such as a normal day, a busy day or a restock day.

Fleet

Follows the active trip of each bus, truck, ambulance or ship: position along the route, engine, fuel and other sensors, alerts and consumption, at real speed or faster.

Facility

Builds controllers and sensors that speak BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP or MQTT on a private network inside your computer, with faults and outages, ready for Bhairava Sense to discover.

Fusion

Live sales orders for Fusion and Tally

For Fusion sellers, distributors and their partners who want orders arriving in Fusion, and from there in Tally, during a demo or a test.

Sign in with

A licence key whose app is Fusion. With such a key the business card on the Company tab sends Fusion orders instead of ordinary bills. Other cards work as usual.

What the simulator does

  1. If the business has no items yet, press Create demo data on the business card and choose a kind of shop.
  2. Keep the card in Real mode and press Start.
  3. Once, it creates five demo customers: Shree Ganesh Traders, Pune; Lakshmi General Stores, Nagpur; Balaji Enterprises, Indore; Sai Krishna Agencies, Nashik; New Bharat Kirana, Surat.
  4. It sends one Sales Order straight away, then one every 30 seconds, taking the customers in turn, each with 1 to 3 different items and 1 to 5 units of each.
  5. An order that could not be saved is sent again with the same reference, so it is booked only once.

What you will see

Sales orders from the five customers in Fusion, with GST-inclusive rates, CGST and SGST, and the customer's address as bill-to and ship-to. Each order then goes to Tally through TallyPlug like any other Fusion order, and the customers reach TallyPlug like customers made in Fusion.

Stop and clean up

Press Stop on the card. Clear demo data voids the simulated orders first, then removes the five customers and everything else Create demo data made. Void simulated bills voids the orders alone.

Balaaji

Bills for the firm and its clients

For accounting firms on Balaaji that want their own books and their clients' books moving, so the firm's dashboards and reports have fresh entries to show.

Sign in with

The Balaaji licence key of the firm. The firm itself is the first card on the Company tab, and each client of the firm gets a Company card of its own.

What the simulator does

  1. Open a card and pick a scenario: Normal day, Busy day, Returns day or Restock day, or set your own rate, amounts and mix.
  2. In Real mode, press Start. The card writes sales, purchases, receipts, payments and sales returns into the books, with 1 to 4 items of the client's menu or stock items, the first one a sale.
  3. A client that is a linked business has its bills written into its own books, and the platform passes them on to the firm like a real client sync. Other clients' bills land in the firm's books under that client.
  4. A client card needs a menu or stock items. The firm's own card can get a demo shop with Create demo data.
  5. Simulate mode sends dashboard events only and writes nothing to the books.

What you will see

New vouchers numbered SIM/... with a narration starting with Simulated, in the books of the firm or of each client, and on the dashboards that read those books.

Stop and clean up

Press Stop on a card, or Stop all for the tab. Void simulated bills (N) voids every bill the card made, so they become inactive in the books and on every dashboard.

Bhairava

Stores, vehicles and sites, all live

For Bhairava owners, operators and trainers who want stores selling, vehicles on the move and buildings sending sensor readings, without real equipment on site.

The Bhairava licence key of the owner. Its tenants appear on three tabs: Company for stores and linked businesses, Fleet for vehicles, and Facility for fixed sites.

What the simulator does

  1. Company: each store writes bills into its books, with the same scenarios and settings as above.
  2. Fleet: a bus, truck, ambulance or ship tenant starts only when it has an active trip in the Controller. It follows that trip at the card's speed and clock (real time up to 60 times faster), sending the position along the route, engine, fuel and other sensor readings, optional low fuel and engine alerts, and, when the tenant has consumable stock items, what the trip used.
  3. Facility: each site gets 1 to 10 controllers with up to 4 sensors each, speaking BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP or MQTT on 1 to 3 private networks inside your computer, with random faults and outages. Bhairava Sense on the same computer finds these networks, and once you enable one it discovers the devices.
  4. Start one card, Start all for a tab, or start every tenant from the header.

What you will see

Bills in each store's books. The vehicle moving along its trip, with its readings, alerts and consumption, in Bhairava's fleet views. The site's controllers and sensors found by Bhairava Sense, with their readings, faults and outages, as on a real site.

Stop and clean up

Press Stop on a card, or Stop all. A vehicle also stops by itself when its trip is no longer active. Void simulated bills voids the bills of a store card, and Clear demo data removes the demo shop of the business card. Settings has a Send to Bhairava switch that keeps the fleet transmissions and dashboard events on your computer instead.

Also works with Billy and TallyPlug. The business itself is the first Company card, so a Billy or TallyPlug business simulates its own bills, posted the way its desktop client does.

How it works

From install to a busy dashboard

  1. Install

    Run the installer and open Closebee Simulator from the Start menu.

  2. Sign in

    Paste your Closebee licence key. Your tenants appear as cards.

  3. Choose

    Pick a tenant and a scenario, or keep the default settings.

  4. Start

    Press Start and watch the activity arrive in your dashboards.
