On a real site, things go wrong when nobody is expecting them. Random events let the simulator do the same.

With random events on, now and then:

Random events are optional. Leave them off if you want the tenant to stay as it is, and turn them on when you want practice at noticing problems.

What to watch for

In Bhairava Sense, the tree turns red where something has stopped, and shows where to go. Use the tree, not the simulator, to work out what happened, then walk to that room and check.
